We are excited to build our new Condo home for the next new chapter of our lives. We look forward to completing the next phases of our new home.
I heard about the reserves from a cousin who lives not far from the reserves. I have been away from Michigan for 27 yrs and decided to move back for my retirement years. Anita has been awesome!!!!! I signed a purchase agreement in October and recently picked out my finishes and upgrades. Anita is very knowledgeable and helpful! The experience has been very easy!!!!
We moved in our new Grandview spec home in April and months later we continue to find features that surpass our expectations. For example, the home has two premium garage door openers with accessories, a dual zone HVAC system with a premium humidifier, high quality wood and ceramic floors, solid core doors, and a wide concrete driveway. We love the floorplan more each day. Our appreciation of the attention to quality in construction and the selection of materials and finishes continues to grow as we live in the home. We have purchased several new homes over the years and this Grandview home is the best. We are very pleased with our choice. A few minor issues that developed were dealt with promptly and professionally. Only good surprises.
We were focusing on our future needs when we decided to move in 2015. After looking at several condominium complexes, the Auburn Grove development won us over for many reasons. The ranch style was exactly what we needed with a great layout, plenty of storage and a huge basement. The options were plentiful yet the standard offerings were extensive and high quality. We have only enjoyed a positive experience with Grandview Building

Because of her help, and of the construction crews from Grandview, I live in a beautiful environment, inside and out. When I walk around our development, I can say, and do say, that I love living here.
