I first met Tony Ferlito in 2011 when he came in our municipal offices and told us he was interested in purchasing the remaining condominium site and becoming the successor developer in a project known as Auburn Grove. I researched Tony’s background and soon realized that he had 35-year history of developing and building successful projects all over the Detroit metro area and has an impeccable reputation. In my mind, Tony is an excellent developer!
