We moved in our new Grandview spec home in April and months later we continue to find features that surpass our expectations.  For example, the home has two premium garage door openers with accessories, a dual zone HVAC system with a premium humidifier, high quality wood and ceramic floors, solid core doors, and a wide concrete driveway.  We love the floorplan more each day.  Our appreciation of the attention to quality in construction and the selection of materials and finishes continues to grow as we live in the home.  We have purchased several new homes over the years and this Grandview home is the best.  We are very pleased with our choice.  A few minor issues that developed were dealt with promptly and professionally.  Only good surprises.
