We were focusing on our future needs when we decided to move in 2015. After looking at several condominium complexes, the Auburn Grove development won us over for many reasons. The ranch style was exactly what we needed with a great layout, plenty of storage and a huge basement. The options were plentiful yet the standard offerings were extensive and high quality. We have only enjoyed a positive experience with Grandview Building
I am a very happy and proud owner of a new condo at Auburn Grove Condominiums. I love, love, love my condo.
I worked with Beverly Salome of Grandview Construction and could not be happier or any more satisfied. Beverly worked with me every step of the way during the construction and was so attentive to my needs and requests. Because of her help, and of the construction crews from Grandview, I live in a beautiful environment, inside and out. When I walk around our development, I can say, and do say, that I love living here.
I first met Tony Ferlito in 2011 when he came in our municipal offices and told us he was interested in purchasing the remaining condominium site and becoming the successor developer in a project known as Auburn Grove. I researched Tony’s background and soon realized that he had 35-year history of developing and building successful projects all over the Detroit metro area and has an impeccable reputation. In my mind, Tony is an excellent developer!
During my career I have worked with a number of Building/Contractors and find Grandview Building and it’s team to be one of the best in the Tri County area. They are efficient, work hard to keep the project in-line and are excellent in communication. This has been a great experience for me to work with such a professional team
